Wast of money and never works, I wish you could give negative stars out, and the only reason I gave it a one is because I have to or my review wont show up

Wish this app worked as described... Can I get a refund? Seriously

I need my money back, can somebody tell me how to got my money back,

My wife is training for a bike marathon for cancer research. I wanted a way to track her progress, and find her if something happened out on the country highways. This app does just that for me, and has taken a load off my worries! Thanks LOCiMOBILE!

Company offers zero real-time customer service options; no phone number, no eMail address, no physical address. Appears to be a scam, in that the app itself doesnt function, and arbitrarily crashes. It also refuses to track friends youve added , stating that you havent approved them yet, even though you have, several times. Buyer beware. Do Not Download.

Great for keeping track of my kids! Now that theyre older, but not quite adults yet - this is the best thing since sliced bread for safety!

Dont be fooled by the five-star ratings for this app. Notice that those five-star ratings were all written at the same time (Aug. 3 and Aug. 12) and with similar say-nothing wording. Obviously, someone is trying to counter the legitimate poor ratings for this app. Its barely useable. Very difficult to get it set up, and then once it is, about half the time it wont show you someones location without an error message of some type or just outright crashing. It also appears to be designed to crash when it cant access the companys servers. Theres no error message, it just crashes. You can completely uninstall, reinstall, and start it again, and it crashes. It was only after I installed it fresh on another device that I realized the companys server was down and just crashing the app on purpose. There is no real tech support. In fact, Im not even sure theres a real company. You can call them, but its a voicemail system. You cant really get through to anyone, not even the people who are listed as managers. Theres a similar app in the store that isnt as ambitious as this app, and requires a web page to do the tracking of iPhones that have the app installed, but it seems to be stable. I suggest you try it first. NOTE: Ive contacted Apple store management to point out the obvious rating manipulation being done on this app. Ive also contacted GTX themselves to lodge formal complaints about their product. I would be pleased to retract all this if they can prove me wrong.

Bought this app and followed instructions. Still didnt work tried to contact support and could never get questions submitted. Tred contacting itunes to get refund and they cant do anything have to cantact this apps support in with i cant so wasted 3.99. save your money and dont buy this worthless crap!!!!!!!!

This app sounds great until you download it and try to track someone. This is not real-time tracking in the sense you know where some is at ANY time. So if you think youre getting the same type of functionality you get with a system installed in a car, think again. It is not real -time, it is not stable on the iPhone platform, it does not perform in the way it is sold. Shame on Apple for allowing an inferior product like this on the app store. I thought they had more integrity! Save your money - DO NOT BUY THIS APP - its worthless!

My location is never right and neither is my contacts. The app sometimes allows you to see the hybrid version of your contacts, but then other times doesnt. Its very frustrating. I cant believe I spent $3.99 on it.

Paid 3.99 twice for spouse & I. Still says that we EACH are not authorized. What else is there to do? There is nothing on either of our phones to authorize either one of us?? Just an icon now that takes up space.

Complete ripoff. DOES NOT WORK!!! Crashes, does not allow contacts to be added!!!!! I want my $$ back.

I have the same issues as the other unhappy customers. I also believe the majority of the positive reviews are fake! -Crashes all the time -Doesnt sync with my other contacts -Doesnt allow me to change my picture -Doesnt show the correct location -Very frustrating and difficult. Unless you are trying to keep tabs somebody... try "Trip Tracker". It shows the 2 feet walking on the beach. Seems much better and simple to use. READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS!!!

My friend and I have made a mistake of buying this application. The location is way off, like 1 to 2 miles off. Sometimes it does not refresh the location for days. My friends location is 3 days old. Customer service is slow and nothing good to offer. They advised to re-start application but it dit not work. I wish I could get my money back!

Doesnt always sync with other contacts. Sometimes they can see me but I cannot see them.

I thought it was $1.99 dollars. Why it cost me $3.99 dollars. Tracking system Is not working properly. I want full refund or I will file dispute soon.

I purchased this app so I could track my wife during her marathon. I set the time interval to the lowest setting, 1 minute. Unfortunately the app does not work at all, because it did not show her move for 30 minutes. thankfully I had already set up the FREE tracking with MobileMe on the iphone which worked great. I am trying to get my money back but have had no response from the seller.

This does not work I want a refund
