Wasted 10 dollars on this app and another from this company. They dont work very well. Finally got Life360 for free and it works great and is brilliantly executed

This app I purchased for 3.99 you need to double that because everyphone needs it. Locations r always about 1/4 mile off and about 30 min late if you get a result at all.

Dont waste your money

This app appears to use the cellular location service, not GPS. Therefor its not as accurate as I thought it was going to be. I live by a lake and cellular based apps sometime put me in the middle of the lake. This app does the same, while HPS based apps always put me within 3 to 4 meters of where i truly am located. This app is better than nothing, but disappointing at the same time. Customer support did help me with a registration issue fairly quickly but has not responded to other questions concerning the use of cellular location service or why when I have the app set to 1 minute updates to the website, why there are gaps of more than 20 minutes. If youre looking for general accuracy and somewhat of a tracking capability on their website, than this app is ok for that and for the price. If you want high accuracy then this app isnt the one you want. One major problem they need to fix is that their website is very slow when initially bringing up the world map. Individual contact map display is ok. 2.5 out of 5 stars for this app. The app needs work. The app sales information needs to have any reference to using GPS for tracking removed as that is misleading. The website needs improvement. The developer is heading in the right direction but this app is just barely ready for prime time.

How did this app get approved, must of the time the app opens as shuts immediately then when it opened my contacts were gone. When I finally for the app to run the tracking was rubbish know one was where or said they were

So far i like the app. But it isnt updating locations like it should. It still shows my daughters location as being in the same place she was 2 days ago. Also there is no edit key. In order to change data you have to go to app support & submit a request.

Itd be nice to see everyone around me in one whole map

I tracked my friend and when she is with me this app was pointing previous locations for 11 hours. You mean this app is working for those that rated high and doesnt work for me? Or those are working for the maker?

I set this app up for me and my wife, when I tried to track her it dropped a pin in the middle of a blue screen, with no technical support as to how to fix this. I had to restart my phone a few days later and when I opened the app again all my registration information and contacts were gone. This app is crap dont buy

I tried to track about 50 friends of mind and this crappy app told me they were all standing in the same spot.This app aint worth 3 cents let alone $3.99 dont buy this crap

The accuracy is not dead on, but I rather know the approximate location of my daughter than none at all. I tried the at&t location service but it was too expensive and also the location was off by way too many miles........................

I contacted support and they helped me out with some questions I had. I dont why people complained about support. Anyways, the app sometimes does not transmit so I believe is due to the phone not being able to get the gps ? itt could be better.

The one person I want to track, my daughter, shows that she is in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean which is far east of where she is in Seattle. At this point, I would say that this app is not worth $3.99, or even 39 cents. It does, however, show me where I am.

The company is out of business, there main offices phones all go to the same voice mail box and when I spent the time to track down someone in their media offices he told me they were have some problems with their technical suport offices phone lines in Palo Alto, and then gave me the same 877 number listed on their web site for their Los Angeles office. Their online tracking site always reports a database error, the app crashes 9 out of 10 times and when it doesnt crash it doesnt work. And I didnt just work at this for a few hours, I tried for days. The company is not supporting their customers, the app doesnt work, the web site is down. Just look at the other reviews. Why is Apple still selling their app. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

This APP appeared to be highly rated. After several days of working with it just trying to get it set up I finally deleted it and found a better APP. Everything was slow. Connecting to their web site was painful. Registration was so slow that I had to start over again and again. I never got to the point of using it simply because of the inability to get it set up and working. The alternative was free, easy, fast, and functioned as desired. This was a throw away of $4.

What a joke just downloaded it and doesnt even let me register or get past the register page. Load of crap and stole my money. How can I get a refund?

This app will take your money but will not deliver the product. Wont allow you to register or get past registration page. I have reported this app to Apple.

This product does not provide an exact location. In addition, Its not selecting the correct contact in the list. The app chooses which contact it wants you to get a location for and not the actual one youre selecting. Sometimes the app does not respond. Ive had to close it and re-open too many times. And the profile picture will cut off the top of the pic. Not a good app. Waste of money.
