This company is out of business!!! Why is there app still up?!?!?

The company is out of business, there main offices phones all go to the same voice mail box and when I spent the time to track down someone in their media offices he told me they were have some problems with their technical suport offices phone lines in Palo Alto, and then gave me the same 877 number listed on their web site for their Los Angeles office. Their online tracking site always reports a database error, the app crashes 9 out of 10 times and when it doesnt crash it doesnt work. And I didnt just work at this for a few hours, I tried for days. The company is not supporting their customers, the app doesnt work, the web site is down. Just look at the other reviews. Why is Apple still selling their app. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
